Harri Wren, Doyle Sails’ Sustainability Manager, spearheaded this partnership, leading to the successful removal of four tonnes of ocean waste in our first project alone. To put this achievement in perspective, that’s equivalent to eliminating around 400,000 coffee cups from our waterways. Wren emphasizes the significance of this milestone, highlighting Doyle Sails’ unwavering commitment to environmental preservation and positive planetary impact.
Building on this momentum, Doyle Sails New Zealand has pledged to remove 10kg of waste for every sail sold—a commitment we encourage our broader network to adopt.
